一、為因應生成式人工智慧（Generative AI）之快速發展，引導校內研究人員在正確、審慎且負責任之前提下運用相關技術，並兼顧學術倫理與研究誠信，學術倫理辦公室特訂定本指引 。

二、本參考指引共計七大核心要點，包含「強調原創性知識建構」、「查證AI生成內容之正確性」、「維護研究發展的透明性、可追溯性與落實研究發展的課責性」、「審慎評估並遵守AI開發者的使用者條款與政策」、「遵守著作權法與學術倫理規範」、「保護研究人員及相關機構之權益」及「維護研究資料保密性及智慧財產權」。各要點旨在平衡科技應用效益與學術倫理要求，確保研究成果之真實性與原創性，以利校內師生及研究人員參考。

In response to the rapid development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI), National Taipei University (NTPU) has established these guidelines to empower researchers to utilize related technologies accurately, prudently, and responsibly during the process of knowledge exploration. These guidelines aim to uphold academic ethics, research integrity, and regulatory requirements while ensuring a balanced development between technological application and academic value.

Researchers should adhere to the following principles at all stages of using Generative AI as a research aid:
